I have hit my plateau. I am 5 ft 8 and
146 pounds and mysteriously growing (as a
girl at the age of 19!). I am alllways
hungry. I am trying to just eat fruit as
snacks and healthy meals. I have been
told to consume between 1900-2000 calories
a day since I am a very active athlete in
order to acheive my goal. I varied up my
caloric intake and did fitness at a lower
heart rate (while throwing in high heart
rate work outs) and incorporated weight
training and some pilates. So far the
first 2 weeks I lost 3 lbs, then gained it
back in one week! Is this because of
weight training? Am I consuming the right
amount of calories? Please tell me what
to do I am frustrated! Thanks!
