When Could I Get Pregnant???? Posted: 03-02-06 01:36am
Hey everyone,
I have been in my relationship for
about 5 years, and having sex for 4.5 of
them, and been on the pill for about 4.
My question is.... I am currently on
alesse 21, after I take my last pill of
the 21 do I need to stop having sex until
I start taking them again after the 7
days? Like I will take my last one on a
tuesday, and I wont get my period until
the friday. Can I have sex until I get my
period, or is there a big chance that I
will get pregnant? Also, if I shouldn't.
Then when is it ok to have sex when I
start up my pills again? The first one,
or should I wait until I have taken like
3? Any info will help.
Thanks!! :p

Hi. If you are taking the pills exactly
as directed without missing any, etc. You
are protected all the time no matter what
time of the month it is or if you are on
your period. :) hope this helps!

Yes you are completely protected during
your placebo week...Which is your period
week.. Many many women do not start a
period until wed or thurs of a placebo
week, and they started their placebos on
sunday.. Your body has to register that
it is time for a period.
