Throughout my pregnancy, I have been
measuring perfectly up til my last doctors
appointment, I was a week behind (i am 36
wks). My doctor doesnt seem concerned.
Will this mean my baby will be smaller at
birth? Should I request an ultrasound?
I am worried!

Doctors allow +/-2 weeks, so being a week
behind is really no big deal. At my 31
week appointment a few weeks ago I was
measuring a couple weeks ahead (i think I
was at 34) and the doctor said it was
nothing to worry about either. So don't
worry, everthing is fine.
