Hey today I realised that my period was 2 days late from when I was expecting it and its normally early from what I expect it to be, so I convinced my bf that we should test since we already had some tests laying around. So I went to the bathroom did what I had to do, cleaned the stick off, put it in my hoodie and walked into his room, sat beside him, took a breath and pulled the test out of my hoodie, we looked down and there it was + + + + + I really didnt think it would happen, but it did. I always knew I would have kids before my brothers my whole life, but I never thought I would be 17 and preggo.

So now that I got the positive what do I do now? Im skipping the last 2 blocks of school tomorrow so I can go to planned parenthood, I just need to find where they are downtown. I have a card from planned parenthood from my planning class so it should help.

Once I talk to my doctors or whatever I do, I am planning on telling my mom first by just blurting it out. That way I dont have to stress so much... Shawn is trying to get a job now, and I told him he has to have a job before I tell my dad and grandparents or they will kill him, also he will have to ask me to marry him or they will kill him. Though we were already talking about getting engaged this summer but I guess it has to happen earlier then that now.

Congrats! Im sure they will tell you what to do next at the planned parenthood place, and give you any information you need. Good idea for your bf to get a job.

I believe she is trying to say that it sounds like she was trying to get pregnant. Most people who aren't trying to get pregnant don't just have tests laying around. So if she was trying to get pregnant why does he not have a job? I could be completely wrong though...That's what I got from it.

if you read back to any of her posts she consistently said "i'm not trying to get pregnant, but are sore boobs a sign of pregnancy?"

since she's been on she's been a huge attention seeker..... It's so old.

Omg, she's pregnant! Could you ever imagine having unprotected sex could result in this.. Omg

there is nothing wrong with wanting a child! I have test underneth my sink. And after so long of trying and it not happening, you kind of start thinking it won't so your not fully prepared for when it does. And most girls say that they don't want a child because when your a teenager, your not suppose to want one. Something about it being an unexpect thing, gives them the right to complain later if it turns out bad. Sorry, that is just the adolesence psychology! So, give her a break, she is learning the hard way! Not that it won't turn out great, it's just that having babies isn't all sunshine and roses, your eventually have to change those diapers.

did I ever say that there was something wrong with wanting a child? Don't put words in my mouth!!! Re-read it girl!

I was pregnant at 17! So before you open your mouth, you should know what you're talking about first!

lol that was fun! Wats the verdict then

1) she is actually an attention seeker who isnt pregnant
2) she wanted to get pregnant but said it in a way that didnt sound like it
3) she is too immature to have a baby cos she clearly hasnt got it planned out

write back

i'm confused...If that was supposed to be sarcasm it sucked. If it wasn't you are wierd. Lol.

Oh lord....She's skipping school already.....I highly doubt she;ll graduate and be something...But hey!! She'll have a baby to bring down with her!!

Amen to the condom comment..It's a shame she didn't have them laying around instead of hiding preggy tests!! I'm 20 and still not prepared to have a child...I can only imagine being sooo young and just saying whatever to school and being preggy!!!

Either way...Good luck to you and I hope you can make the best for you and your child!!

Hey

Don't go get huffy, I didn't put any words in any ones mouth. I'm saying babies come at the most in likely of times. And it's hard to be pregnant as a teen. I know i'm a god mother of two, and my duties show. I respect everyone who brings life into this world. I wish I could! All I was trying to do was to stop people from making unsupported statements, like you have test laying around, but your boyfriend doesn't have a job. Everyone makes poor choices, and sites like this are made to make a support network of people who have been through similar situtations. So, please don't get angry, i'm not yell at anyone! Just trying to help support people!
