It was positive obviously. I ended up taking two because I didn't want to believe the first one. And then I was like holy crp. I wasn't so excited then. I am now though. 9 weeks and 5 days to go!

like samantha I ended up taking two tests coz I was on the pill and we werent expecting to have another one yet. I took it a week after my missed period coz I felt really dizzy and nauseous and had spottings. Now i'm 33 5 wks and we're very delighted to have our lil man :d :d :d

I was surprised, happy, and excited to see the positive result. Surprised, because I got pregnant the very same month I stopped taking my pills. Happy and excited, because she was planned mutually with my husband's consent, and because I will be 31 in august. I have another daughter who will be 15 in december, and now this one on the way in about 7 or 8 weeks. I'm not getting any younger! The ol' biological clock is ticking. Lol.

Hey..
Hey..My husband said I was being moody and acting lazy....We had only been married a week so I though it was exhaustion from the honeymoon and the travel..Sooo I was going to take a test while I took a shower, jus to prove him wrong.( I so though I wasnt pregnant cuz I had only been off my birth control a month to the day due to surgery and I wasnt even late yet)..So I took it..Laid it on the back of the potty in complete confidence that I was not pregnant..Well looked at it after a few mins..It showed positivie..I was like "wha...That jus needs to sit there longer.." so I put it back and continued my shower... Got out..And boy it was positive...Hahah with a towel on my head ran the house and was like loook...My husband and I thew on more cloths at 2 am in the morning drove to walmart to get another test..(me still with my towel on my head hehe) and bout 2 more and all of them said "postivie" I was estatic and so was my husband!!! I had endemetrosis ....And a month before I got pregnant, I had surgery for it ( reason I wasnt on my bc)... So I was tickled that I could get pregnant!!!! Now im gettin ready to turn 15 weeks :)~ and coudnt be happier :)

Sorry my initial reaction (positive test) isn't worthy to be repeated. Let's just say that I was very upset, very very very upset.....I cussed and cried and ranted and raved and threw things and told my husband that he was ruining my life and hyperventilated and had a panic attack. It was pretty ugly. Then I got an ultrasound and fell in like with the little m&m. Then the like turned to love.

why would you be sorry? A lot of people have bad reactions. My husband (boyfriend at the time) told me to get an abortion and I gave it some serious thought. I don't believe in abortion though. But, now he is more excited than me. He always tells me I made the right decision and he was wrong.

I got a faint positive but didn't believe so I tested every day for the next 5 days until the line couldn't have gotten any darker. I was ecstatic because I miscarried in october and felt robbed and couldn't wait to get pregnant again. When I got the good line I told my fiance and he was happy too. Now we're being cautious and not getting overly excited in case something happens. But we're thrilled.

I hope so samantha. No, I have to think positively. I'm sure I will too! And I want a girl. My fiance wants a boy. I don't care too much but I think a girl would be more fun. I'm definitely finding out the sex as soon as I can!

I was two months late, which was only a little out of the ordinary for me. I have skipped whole months on several occasions. When the start date for the second month came and went, I told my boyfriend I wanted to take a test. So he went out and got me one.

Of course, when he got home, I didn't have to bee lol so I waited a little bit and took it before bed. When it was time to check, we went into the hallway to the bathroom, and he asked me if I wanted him to look. I said yes, so he went in and looked at it, then turned and looked at me. I could tell what it said by the look on his face. Then he showed it to me and, sure enough, it said "pregnant" plain as day.

He stood in the hall and hugged me while I cried... More like sobbed, actually, it was ridiculous...

I wasn't exactly unhappy... I was just scared. A billion things immediately started running through my head. But i'm thrilled now, and he's worse than me. Lol he has the pic of the first ultrasound on his desk at work. :p

oh, my husband said some crazy sh*t to me. He told me it would ruin his life too. I thought it was an understandable reaction though. Maybe i'm just crazy, but it is shocking news.

Me....
Me, I was dissapointed when I saw two of my hpt negative. Then again, it was too early to see if I was or not. I took it after 2 weeks of having sex. So yea, we have still continued having sex 3 times since the 1st time. Soo..If I didnt get pregnant the 1st time, then for sure I might have gotten pregnant the 2nd, 3rd or 4th time. Im on my ovulation days (i think/hope) wish me good luck and a little baby dust *****
