Am I Experiencing Heart or Nerve Damage? Posted: 03-04-06 16:07pm
I stay dizzy 90% of every day. I worry all
the time that I am fixing to die because
something is wrong. I have sever panic
attacks I stay sick to my stomach and hurt
all the time. I have alot of pressure that
comes and goes in my left upper chest area
and goes into my back and upper jaw
line--down my left arm. I wake up in the
middle of the night and my feet and hands
are numb. Is this a sign of something with
my heart or just maybe some nerve damage.
Should I be alarmed? Please help me. Thank
You
It seems probable that you are
experienceing neither heart nor nerve
damage but a psycho-emotional disorder.
Perhaps depression is the primary cause
for the symptoms you describe. Therefore,
you can focus energy on your mental AND
physical health...especially as regards
your weight. Without a decrease in body
weight, you can create heart problems that
will manifest in the future.
