Periods

I know this is probably stupid but I have a question about my period. So if anyone could help me with my question that would be excellent.

Basically I can skip a month then it'll come in the next month. But so far it hasn't happened yet. So I was just wondering why it's acting up and I hope that i"m not pregnant even though I haven't had sexual intercourse yet. And if I am I wondering how I should tell my mother but i'm afraid how she's gonna react to it.

Didn't kia answer this question?

Is there anyway possible that sperm could have entered your vagina?

Don't worry, it's not immaculate conception :)

Let me put your mind at ease.

If there is no way that sperm can have gotten inside your vagina then there is no way that you can be pregnant.

It can take several years before your periods settle into a regular cycle.
If you say you miss a month then get it the next maybe your cycle is just like 40 or something days long.

Count the days from the first day you start bleeding for your period right through until the next time you have the first day of your period.

Knowing this will help you know when to expect your period.

Incidentally this can change as you get older.
I have had a regular as clockwork cycle of 26 days since I was 9 years old and suddenly for no apparent reason for the past 3 cycles I now have a 29 day cycle.

But she doesn't know that her periods are all over the place yet.
She needs to keep a track of her periods so she knows when to expect them.

Mmmm but because she doesn't know when to expect her period it can seem like a varied amount of time and if she has a slightly longer than average cycle say 40 days (not that unusual) then it will apear to not arrive during some calendar months.

To say she has an irregular cycle she needs to be able to say how far apart her periods usually are.

I'm not saying b/c isn't a good idea, because it is for anyone who is sexually active.
All i'm saying is that if she doesn't know when her period is supposed to be, she can't know how irregular or not she really is.

Well for me my periods are a constant consideration.
I've been charting my cycles religiously for 16 months and this month I am going back to ttc against all odds and knowing that I may never concieve a child.

It was a little bit but not a lot. It was right after he came some of the fluid was on me. But most of it was on my hand and his hands. But really before I started doing that type of stuff with my boyfriend I was still skipping months but it wasn't until just recently I skipped and jist haven't came on yet. Someone on here told me to take a home pregnancy test as soon as possible. So i'm just gonna wait until I do that then if it's not postive then i'll probably go to the doctor. Or just wait it out.
