Has anyone had to have an ovary removed that is over the age of 60 due to a cyst? I would like to know how hard the recovery is as I am almost 70 and may have to have this done if the us turns out to be suspicious. Since I live alone I am concerned about recovery though I could get someone in to help me for a week or two. Appreciate any info I can get. It just isn't the same recovery from when I was in my 30's or 40's.
