Lose 10 Lbs In 2 Weeks??? Posted: 03-05-06 22:00pm
Does anyone know to lose 10 pounds in 2
weeks? I've been working out every other
day if not every day. All I drink is
water. And i'm eating low fat foods. Im
also taking a diet pill called smart burn
by hoodia. But I can't seem to get the
extrta weight off. Im about 5'1 and like
135 and only 6 months ago I was like 110.
I lost my home due to hurricane katrina
and have gained a lot of weight because of
stress. Im going on a trip in 2 weeks and
want to wear a bathing suit (or at least
shorts). Please someone help me. I feel
like im killing myself trying to get
fit.....Thanks love bree!

It sounds to me as though you are
stressing yourself, if you are working out
a lot you will gain mucle which will add
weight which is o.K. Generally the 1st 10
pounds are pretty easy but after that is
when it gets difficult but we are all
different. Keep up with the water but
you do have to eat. Walking is good
exercise at a steady pace along with
swimming.
Good luck to you!

Im trying soer it. Hard but the flab is
still there. I am stressing myself and
even though I know I am I can't seem to
stop. When I do eat (although its
healthy) I feel like I just gained another
10 lbs and I stress over it. Ive never
had a problem with eating but since this
trip came up I relised after the storm I
let myself go. I have a quick
question....Im scared this might get
serious. Does anyone know how I can
mentally get through this. Im not going
to starve myself or anything like like but
I do want to quit stressing it.

Why two weeks? You should give yourself a
good 2 months for that kind of wieght
loss, if you want it to be permanent
