Can someone tell me a way to get off stupid pain medican.If you can please tel me thank you so much

Your best bet is to wean yourself off of them. Take one pill less then you normally would for 3 days than take two pills less for 3 days and so on. You don't want to just stop taking them because you will probably have withdrawl symptoms. Or you could just quit cold turkey. You could experience nasty withdrawl symptoms for a week but then they should taper off.

I am trying to find anyone who has any ideas on how to deal with withdrawls symtoms and how to stay off of the pain meds. :(
