I was talking to my partner about having
kids and he told me that its all to do
with timing and the angle you have sex.
He has got a set of twins with his exwife
and they had hormone therapy etc!
The temperature of your guys testicles
need to be lower than room teperature,
preferably cold. And you need to be lay
with your hips at a 45 degree angle
upwards when he ejaculates to ensure the
sperm travel as far as they can. And lay
in that position for atleast 5 mins
after!
14 days before your period is the time
you are most fertile but for only 3-4 of
those days! But some women conceive
during their period!

Timing is everything. However things
such as propping your hips up on a pillow
after intercourse is a common thing to
try. This helps keep sperm up near where
they should be.
But again...Timing is everything!
