I understand that some of these natural
herbs are not the bes thing for you, as I
was reading an article in a health
magazine that I believe it was st. Johns
wart is not good for you, due to liver
damage, along with a few others. I used
aloe on my effctive leg and it just seemed
to make it worse and don't get me wrong, I
do realize that some has helped people, it
is just like other meds some help while
others so not.

My goodness sandy,
the roaches flew out of the cupboards and
swarmed you with almost no concern for the
"liver" problem you have.
At least the first guy recognised you said
bad liver but then I think he forgot to
take his ":ginko" because he listed every
herb and spice they sell to cure
everything.
Best bet,
check with an internal med doc, they deal
with that stuff alot.

take an interest in - the bitter melon,
despite its bitter taste there are studies
that says it has anti diabetic potency
(they just don't come in the way we want
