I've been on meds for almost two months
because of this (helped to aleviate my
dr/dp, too).
You must force yourself to stop thinking
that you're lacking oxygen. In fact, it's
the excess of oxygen in your bloodstream
that makes you feel even more anxious and
panicky. Whenever you feel like you're
suffocating, try either to ignore it or to
breathe through a paperbag or through the
palms of your hands. Hopefully someone
else will be able to provide you with more
specific info on this.
