Urine Test was Negative, but I'm Pretty Sure I'm Pregnant... Posted: 03-07-06 14:52pm
I am 5 days late on my period now, which
never ever happens to me... I did
pregnancy test at home on Sunday (I was 2
days late on my period) and it was
positive!!! then i went to doctor on
monday morning and did urin test and it
came back negative. then i took another
home test on Tuesday morning (today) and
it is positive again! We are sure that I
am pregnant since i know it has been 18
days since I ovulated and it has never
bene more than 15... but i am just really
surprised that doctor's analysis yielded a
negative result... what should my steps
be?

You can return to your gynecologist and
ask her to perform a blood pregnancy test.
An ultrasound of the uterus and ovaries
can also be requested to confirm a
pregnancy.
