Thanks - I am just going to really enjoy
this. I had some light spotting today
which made me nervous, but I will call the
doctor. Anyone else had that?

You had some light spotting which made you
nervous but instead of going to the doctor
or even calling him right away you're
online?
Okay.

This is something I can say from having it
with both as long as ur not bleeding heaps
and the blood is not accompanied by cramps
dont worry to much if ur still worried see
the dr just to have ur mind se at ease!
If its light spotting they told me not to
worry, a pad an hour deserves a trip to
er(usually hemorraging) or miscarriage do
you guys not have something like
telehealth?? Its a call center of
nurses/medical professionals that take ur
symtpoms and make a recommondation based
on a drs advise or they will recommend u
to go to a clinic or er they usually have
a system to decide the gravity of the
sitiuation and if it can be treated at
home!

Thanks - actually I have called my doctor.
I was on hold while I was typing this. I
was checking to see if anyone else knows
anything. He said I am fine - but if it
get's heavy then call him back.....

yeah - we have a 24 hour line as well. I
was going to call that if I couldn't reach
my doctor....I am glad to hear that it is
pretty common though:)

i think it depends on where you are in the
u.S. And what health insurance you have
(whether or not there's a service like
your telehealth) I know that one of the
health insurance companies has something
called "blue on call" where you can do
that. In pa (at least western) there's
no live health line unless it's through
the insurance co. They have recorded
health topics that you can listen to. I
don't have that insurance co. So if I
have a health question gotta wait for my
doc to be in or call a hospital and ask if
I should go in to the er (of course they
always say yes!!)
