I am concerned about my results for
cholesterol levels. My doctor does not
feel there is a problem. My results:
total chol. 247, trig 78, hdl 71, ldl
160, vldl 16, cholesterol/hdl-c ratio
3.5.
On the laboratory report, total chol., hdl
and ldl were flagged as high.
I know my ratio is less than 5.0 but I am
still concerned about the flagged
numbers.
I am looking for another opinion. Thank
you.

No, that is really good and in acceptable
ranges. May be a little high, but you
would freak if you knew what mine were,
and have been. Just try and eat the
heart smart margarine, and oils. If you
are concerned. Stay away from animal fat
as much as possible and you will never
have a problem with them. Really they
are .G.O.O.D. --seriously!!!
