What to do About Painful Knots on the Back of My Shoulder Posted: 03-08-06 15:57pm
I am having painful knots on the back of
my shoulders that feel like small balls of
fire. I teach school and I drive alot
though the week. Is there something I can
do at night time to releave the pain?

You can try taking aspirin before sleeping
to help relieve the pain. If this
doesn’t help, you can go to your doctor
for more advice. It might help to engage
in stress-reducing activities like
massage, meditation, or yoga.
