Is It a Positive? Posted: 03-09-06 17:46pm
I took a pregnancy test earlier in the
afternoon and it showed up positive. And
then I took one just awhile ago and theres
a very faint line of positive. So i'm
kinda confused am I still pregnant? Cuz
theres a really faint line now.

i took a preggy test and there was no
doubt I was preggers...Then the next
morning I took one again and the line was
very faint....Yet I am 18 wks along.

I was the same way both times I took the
test, my line was very faint.Anything in
the pregnancy box is a detection of the
pregnancy hormone, and where theres a
hormone.....Theres a baby! Im almost 9
weeks.

Its chemistry actually when you are prego
your bod ymakes certain hormones and a
prego test is designed like litmis paper
to change colors as a reaction to certain
chemicals if they are present. So in
order for a line even of the faintest
color to show you would have to be
producing a pregnancy hormone. As for the
rare false positive I think that occurs
when your bodys tryin to trick ya
