I noticed after I take folic acid I need to go more often lol and its kind of annoying is that normal? Is there anyone else experience same as me?

I don't have any side effects from my vitamin with folic acid. Don't stop taking it though. It is essential in preventing spinal cord birth defects that can happen in very early pregnancy.
