Q: Stomach Pain, Hospital Last Nite

Okay so im not quite sure what to think of this but around 10pm last nite my stomach started getting upset..It came and went a couple times but it was really upset and really hurt!! I kept feeling like I had to go to the washroom like maybe that would help.. But then I never could...It hurt alot and I had just figured it was sumthing I ate...But eventually I couldnt take it anymore and around 2 am...My bf took me to the hospital.. We didnt even get seen to register or anything till 3 am and only 1 person was infronta us and they ended up arresting him...But anyways, I was puking that whole hour wait (my poor shoes) any my stomach still unbearabley hurt.. We waited in the waiting room for about 4 hours and I was fine throwing up wise..But my stomach still hurt.. Eventually it got to the point where I could handle it again..And we just gave up and went home. But when I did my urine for the nurse she said it looked cloudy.. In the 4hrs tho I never got a result...I feel better now.. Altho it seems like my pelvic pressure got 5 times worse...But I dont know what to think about last nite.. Could it have been pregnancy related? Or was it just sumthing I ate? All I ate was spagheti and meatballs...And if it was sumthing I ate could it effect my baby in anyway? Im 33 weeks

Aww well I don't have any idea what it could have been but I hope you get to feeling better, the hospital here sucks too, you'd think they'd at least try to take care of you since they get your money and all. :roll:

I went to the er like 2 weeks ago with the something similar. I was having diarreha and vomitting and they said it was just something I ate but gave me iv fluids because I was dehydrated. Then they said to drink lots of gatorade at home. Ive learned when u go to the er act like you are dying its the best way to get seen. Like when they ask your pain level really think about it and say the number that best represents the worst part of it. Like if right then u feel like a 5 but when u are puking its like a 8 tell um 8
and I dont know how your hospital works but at mine if you are more than 20 weeks pregnant they want you to report to the labor andelivery floor with your problems and you get seen faster.

Thats how mine is too I went in with some stomack problems and the sent me to a labor and delivery room and I got seen right away..

Yah I think it just was sumthing I ate cuz I had the same symptoms as u with diarehaea and throwing up, but it wasnt hurting like an upset stomach.. I mean it actually hurt.. Lol know what I mean? It wasnt just like it was upset? When it hurt the most tho.. The baby was alllll to one side of my stomach, duno why! I dont think my hospital has u go to labour and delivery.. Last time I was there they put me ina room right away, listened to the babys heartbeat did tests etc...But this time, waiting room..
And there was another girl there that was talkin to my bf outside and she had been there earlier and they sent her away to our "prompt care centre" (which is our hospital that jjust closed down that deals with minor things when u cant get to ur family dr) so she waited hours at the hosp to be sent away waited a hour there just for them to tell her to go back to the first hospital and rush her for an ultrasound..When I left they were hookin her up to an iv I guess..My hospital is just dumb.. We only have one.. And are very short on drs and nurses in ontario

Stupid people... Ya the pain I had was like contractions right on top of each other and I thought for sure id die berfore I got to the hospital! My body was trying to get liam out because of the dehydration and his heart rate was high but after I got the fluid it stopped and his heart rate was fine. If the pain wasnt so bad I wouldve been like leave it I want him out!! Lol

Lol im not sure what contractions feel like.. But I know it hurt...
Im gonna go to the drs tomorrow since I didnt end up waiting.. Maybe I started feeling better cuz I ate a million popsicles and drank like 5 bottles of water then lol thats all I felt like
