2 days ago i awoke with tiny red spots on
my neck and arm .They itch ,since then the
spots have also appeared on my
chest.couldyou describe what measles and
smallpox look like

According to your age there is a small
possibility that you have measles you are
vaccinated against it but people usually
overcome it during the childhood). Measles
begins with symptoms that include a high
temperature, fatigue, headache, sneezing,
cough, eye redness and itching, nose
discharge, face swelling, and swollen
lymph nodes. During measles, there are
specific Koplik spots on the oral mucosa.
On the 7th day, measles mainfests a rash
that starts from the neck and goes down to
the chest, arms, and legs. The rash is
accompanied with a high temperature and
fever. Smallpox (variola vera et minor) is
an eradicated, viral infective disease -
there is no chance that you are
experiencing smallpox. According to your
description, I don’t think that you have
measles but you can follow up with a
physical examination at a doctor's office.
