I just gave birth to a boy by cesarian on Jan 3, 2006 and i think im pregnant again. I was told is most likely for my doctor to repeat c- section to prevent any tearing, is it true?

Yes, that is true that another c-section birth can prevent tearing, but not always. It depends upon the reason you had a c-section the first time.
