I have a little girl here, my granddaughter, 4 years old , who has chickenpox...I need all the suggestions I can get to help her feel better...Please help me !!

I had chikenpox like 4 times, even the doctor coulden believe it because you are supouse to get it only once in a life time... My grandma used to put sourcream on me.. :p ... And she used to mix backing soda in milk and put it on me to stop itching.... 
try to put stickers on the pox so she wont scratch it... Here is a recipe that I got from a home remedies book :1c vinegar 1/2c baking soda 2c baby oil mix them and put them in the bath water and let her stand in for 20 min..... All so you can file her nails so she wont scratch herself
