Father's Spontaneous Headaches have me Worried...

My dad described above is having a sharp stabbing pain in the right side of his head. It comes and goes but doesn't last very long. i'm very worried. Shpuld I be or am I overreacting.

Headaches have many possible causes. Even extreme migraines might be helped with a change in diet: staying away from caffeine, soy, and other foods can help alleviate chronic headaches.
