I need to know, what is the best routine
to gain running stamina. I ran a little
over a mile tonight, but how often should
I run? I need to be able to run about 5
miles and I have about a year and a half
to do it. I mostly try to wait a day for
my muscles to regrow, but if they are
still sore is it wrong to go ahead and
run? Any input would be appreciated.

Every other day is good. You dont want
to run everyday especially if you are not
used to it.
