Read a v. Good article on having
bipolar. She really described it very
well. My doctor gave me it as it is in
the british medical journal and it was by
the person who wrote the book I thought
was so good. Everyone i've loaned both
books to thought it was real helpful.
Lots of coping skills etc that we all
found useful - the naked bird watcher and
to walk on eggshells.
