My Dietician Actually Suggested Planned Snacking Posted: 04-22-06 13:07pm
I am recovering from anorexia, but now
that I am eating somewhat regularly I
sometimes slip into binge and restrict.
My dietician suggested that if I eat
planned snacks in between meals, like a
piece of fruit, small granola bar, or cup
of yogurt that I will be less likely to
binge and that will help ensure that I am
getting enough good food.

and the best luck for you too.
My nutricionist also told that when she
made me a plan. It included planned
snakcing during the day, too. Mostly
yogurts and cookies.
