Anyone Recovered From Bipolar Disorder ?

Friends,

i would like to know if anyone recovered completely from bipolar disorder. And what helped to recover fully.

I know , they say it is a "treatable" , but not curable.

But I also found lot of doctors on internet who say it is curable too.

so I am wondering if there are any here such people.

It's not curable.
I know people who learn to live and manage this disorder without medication, but it is always there and a constant battle.
I wish I could do it without medication!!
