Q: Vaginal Itching

I am 37 wks pregnant and I have been itchy in the private area at the very top..Above my urethra. I finally got a mirror to look and noticed little tiny red bumps with whit circles on top. I have an ob appointment on tuesday..Wondering if someone could help me out with this.

Is it pus like bumps or is it just lil fine bumps have you checked youd partners genitals (not being disrespectful) just becareful it may help to sit in a tub with warm salt and baking soda water or in an aveeno oatmeal bath it helps me when I break out in a rash from bar soap
