Hey everyone,

not been here in a while!!

Hope your all well and in good spirits! I’m fine had the arthrocentesis done on monday!! My god it was painful when I was coming around!! Anyhow, my jaw opened wonderfully whilst I was asleep. Which is good news in the sense I know it is all working, however frustrating in the sense I feel that it someway my own fault that it will not open as well whilst I am awake!!!!

I am praying that I will not need the joint re-surfacing; nonetheless I have (and am) in awful pain since monday. Still, its early days and I think sometimes the problem one has is being overly-cautious and not letting nature take its course…….. Will give it at least two weeks!!!

Not much else new really!!! So will leave it there!!

Speak soon
