Ok I wrote a while ago about how I was
going to start working out everyday and so
on. Well I never did it. Starting last
night I started over again and im not
going to let myself give up this time. So
I felt pretty good last night after I
worked out, my cw:215 and my goal is to
get down to 145-135.
So this is what I did:
200 cruches
that platform thing were you hold ur body
up
and ran up and down the steps 10-12times
if you have any ideas or other workouts I
could do let me know please

You should do some cardio, even walking
for 30 minutes per day. Or start walking
around the block and build your way up.
You need cardio to burn fat to lose
weight. All the sit ups in the world
won't help you lose weight - it will tone
your stomach muscles though!
I trick myself into working out. I
promise myself things for acheiving small
goals. Good for you for starting a work
out routine and don't beat yourself up if
you skip a day - just pick right back up
later ;)
