Cognetive Vs Normal Therapy Posted: 03-24-06 00:02am
Im doing what I think is a normal
therapy.Me and my therapist talk about my
childhood ,teen hood and we talk and it
helps she sems to thik that some supressed
emotions cause pnic attacks.I thought I
was doing better not flipping the world
upside down but a lil better.I understand
its a couple of months process at
least"thing is lately thought im doubting
it and I feel like ive regressed but
solely on what couple of peopl have told
me .They said they only way to beat it is
cognetive therapy and now im all anxious
im doing sometihng wrong anyone have any
tips or advice
