Period Coming In Clots? Is It Normal? Posted: 03-24-06 00:31am
Hi,
today morning I had spots n very small
clot of bood, so I assume that my period
has started. As usual I was upset since I
am ttc for 14 months now.
Just now in the afternoon I went to the
toilet n saw the pad filled half only n it
was brownish in colour. After I pee, I
wiped n saw more dark red blood clots
coming.
This is not how my normal period looks
like. I never have so obvious clots
coming out when I wipe. It would be more
liquid form n not clot like solid form.
What could it mean? Infection,
implantation bleeding, miscarried or what?
I did a preggy test 2 days ago with a
negative. So I dunno if I am preg n
miscarried, or what???
I am very confused... What should I do?
Pls help, reply me as soon as possible...
Thanks!
Thanks in advance...

Hey Loveablepetsworld Posted: 03-24-06 03:36am
Im sorry your period came. Im not sure
the answer to your question but I heard
clots are kind of normal like a lot of
women get it during their periods. But if
u dont normally have it hopefully its good
sign like ib or something. I really hope
u are preggy :)

I have clotting with my af but if it isn't
normal for you, I would give the doctor a
call just to see what he has to say.

To lovable
i have the same experience. After clomid,
I noticed that I have brown discharge
before my af which I never experienmce
before. Are you have cramps? Like period
pain? I don't have it this time round,
all was ok, except the clots. Check with
doc he said that it is alright if it is
not associate with painful period.
However, he added that normal period
shouldn't clot. When our lining is
shedding, the tissue should disintegrate
slowly out from our sustem. For ours, it
just came all out at once->clots.

Debbie,
no this round I didn't have that much of
cramps only wondering about the clots,
anyway today is day 2 and the flow is
better. So I am not so worried.
Thanks debbie, abbysmom, snowygal.
Good luck to all...

Hi sweetie,
hope you are feeling better. I was a bit
sick last week, had a bad flu. I just
don't want to think about all this preggy
stuff and track my cycle like a mad woman.
I hope you are not stress or anything like
that. Stress could be the reason that
none of us got preggy....So, we must learn
to try to relax. I decided that I should
sign up for yoga or pilate....
