Hi im 19 and had a baby 8months ago I went
from 7stone up 2 10 and a half when I was
pregnant.I hate my body now all the saggy
skin left from stratching for that big
bump and have ordered various equipment to
work on toning up and working on my abs.I
weigh 7 stone 3 now,i never eat breakfast
but I never have.But I do eat 2 meals a
day.I always had a bit of a problem with
food changing my diets all the time,trying
to get healthier and I feel guilty if I
eat junk,but I dont think its bad enough
to say I have a problem.I weigh myself a
lot but only to see what I weigh
(obviously) and I am going to start
exerising but thats to tone up.Mi family
always comment on how I need a good meal
but when I loom at myself I really dont
think im that thin. What does everyone
think? Problem or not?

It can be a problem. Have you ever felt
like that before or just after pregnancy?
