I just started the pill, I started
spotting about four or five days before my
sugar pills started. I'm on the second
day of the sugar pills and i'm just
wondering if how long my period is going
to last. I'm just not used to any of
this and I don't know if it's normal. My
period is kinda of light now and i'm
wondering if it will get heavy or if it
will probably slow down soon.

How long have you been on the pill?
Spotting, sad to say, can be normal on the
pill for the first 3 months of use. Your
periods should lighten up though. That is
the good news! They are also supposed to
be less painful (if you have cramps).

Yeah, I have horrible cramps. So, far
*crosses fingers* my cramps seem better
right now.

Over time your periods will get less and
the pain will too. Just remember to take
your pills at the same time every day and
you should be fine. ;)
