Ok I admit I might come off as silly but
with this anxiety its always the
questions.I had to deliver a package for
ym work today and I had to go up 8 steps 6
times( 3levels ) I mena I wasent huffing
and puffing but felt a little bit outta
breath and my heart was beating pretty
fast I had to do it tiwce tonite
ironicly. So with my question I guess is is
it normal for my heart to beat faster when
going up that many strair or is something
wrong or im I just over analysing I thnk
its the last but with the anxiety im not
sure.Thanks

Yep thats perfectly normal bud. If you
think about it, your muscles in you arms
and legs are constantly in use and so the
demand for blood and oxygen increases.
The brain the tells the heart to beat
faster to fit this demand. I suppose it's
like running, just not as vigorous.

It was a silly question uh going up 6
fligths of starir with 8 stairs on each
,unless you run like 1 mile a day for sure
the hearts gonna beat faster its only
normal but with the anxiety thing im left
always asking myslef questions I wouond of
never asked myself before
