Okay ladies, it finally happened. Only
2 months after the birth control, I got
preggy!! Looks like what I thought were
af symptoms were actually preggy symptoms!
I found out last night. Here's my
story...... I thought I was supposed
to ovulate on march 15, but my husband and
I were away for business and we didn't get
to try much, only on the 12th and the
17th. So we were pretty bummed.
About a week later I started feeling like
I was getting the flu: runny nose,
fatigue, aches and chills, and I had
really dry itchy skin on my legs. Well
a few days later, I started getting
cramps, mild ones but I was confused b/c
af wasn't due for another 11 days.... A
week later I was at my cousin's house and
I started feeling really sick to my
stomach and I was so tired that I fell
asleep during the movie... Well
anyways, a few days later, I was in the
shower before bed and I had this really
strange feeling. So I got out of the
shower, and took a hpt and (4 days before
af is due) I got my bfp on a first
response!!!! I couldn't believe my eyes
so I waited until 4 hours later and I
tested again with a target brand and it
too was a bfp!!!! I still couldn't
believe it so I waited until this morning
and I tested again and I had another bfp
staring me right in the face!!!!!!!
Well anyways, I just wanted to let you
ladies know my two week wait symptoms to
help you get through your waits ! :-)
1- 5 dpo- thick white discharge
6 dpo- getting flu symptoms: runny nose,
fatigue, chills, aches, but no fever
7 dpo- getting even more sick, having dry,
itchy legs
8 dpo- still sick and very tired
9 dpo- developing some mild cramps
10dpo- developing some watery cm and still
having cramps
11dpo- still having mild cramps and watery
cm
12dpo- severe nausea and fatigue and mild
cramps. Got a bfp 3 times once with
first response, and two times with target
brand
praise god for this little miracle!
God's time, god's will. Good luck to
all you ladies and keep praying you'll all
get your bfps too!!!

Yeah, I guess I ovulated afterall... Lol
I was so shocked, I really didn't think I
would have conceived this soon after
coming off the nuvaring. But I guess this
could be a ray of hope for all of you
ladies that just came off birthcontrol
too. B/c this proves that it doesn't take
as long as everyoine tells us to get back
to regular cycles ;-) it's been a week
since I found out and i'm still doing
good, but all these posts about
miscarriage make me really nervous!
*sigh* I keep praying though and I haven't
had any spotting or anything so I think
i'm going to be ok! I just have to
remember that if it's in god's will, then
things will go as he planned
*god's time, god's will*
