Hi there. I now know it is so important to live in the day. With ill health and emotional unrest, it is so easy at times to panic about the future. I have applied for university in september, I am telling you, I cant go on the way I am. I earn quite alot of money and that keeps me trapped. I work in a call centre and it is terrible, it is the new sweat shop! I feel like a caged hen at times. I need to find a way out and I am scared I will not be accepted at uni then what will I do?! No matter how hard I try- I cant let go of this fear. Rob

Hi rob sorry you're feeling so terrible. Have you thought about getting some counselling? I'm a real advocate for it. Especially solution focused style therapies. Your's also in pain! (had joint injections 36 hours ago and can't lay down). Sarah

I went to see a chiropractor today , he ran some tests on me but refused to treat me as he thinks I have a damaged disk and will need surgery to correct it. At least he was honest. Rob
