I have had so many problems that I can't
explain. I am currently sitting here at
work with no reason to be stressed and my
heart is going the speed of light and I am
dizzy. I am always dizzy, and often
times feel as if I am not "here" and am
outside of my body watching. No one
seems to understand me. I feel alone,
afraid a lot of the time. I often worry
about there being more problems with me
(my hypochondriac side) and I have even
had a few spans of time where I was sure I
was dying. I can't function in society
like this and I don't want to be this way
forever. I suffer from depression as
well due to these problems. I have had 2
major panic attacks in the last 2 years.
These anxiety issues have been going on
daily for nearly 5 years. I would like
to meet someone I can talk to about this -
who has the same experiences.

Try to find a good counsellor or
therapist... They are the best people to
talk through your problems with.
