Pregnant After Miscarriage??? Posted: 03-29-06 19:30pm
Hi everyone,
i miscarried about 3 weeks ago, but my
husband and I had sex when I thought I
might have been ovulating (mucus was egg
whitey and slippery), but I was wondering
if I can ovulate before I even get my
period. My ob said he thinks I should
start my period in the beginning of april
(around the 3rd or 4th), so i'm really not
sure if I can be pregnant so soon after a
miscarriage.
If any of you have similar stories to
share or any advice I would really
appreciate it.
So far I am really really tired, but I
don't have any other pregnancy symptoms.
I took a hpt today but it came back
negative, so I guess only time will tell,
but I really am hoping that I will see a
positive result.

Yes, you can ovulate before you have a
period. I would wait a couple more days
and then test again.

Thanks for the reply. I sort of figured
I could have ovulated, but I guess I don't
want to get my hopes up. Wish me luck.
I'll test in a few days and let you know
the results.

I am so happy for you! My first
pregnancy ended in miscarriage. I got
pregnant again two months later and now my
dd is almost 4. You'll do fine this
time, I am sure.

Congratulations! You are lucky to get
pregnant again so soon!
Im 2 months pregnant now, and I lost one
last summer. So I am really hoping that
this is a healthy pregnancy that will
result in a healthy baby!
