Hi congratulations on that! :) did you had any sign before you had the news from the doctor that your 2 cm dilated? Sorry i'm a bit clueless on this matter coz I had my daughter at 30 wks and was induced due to fetal distress and ruptured membrane so not have a clue on what its like on full term

I bet you will soon! Relax and take it easy and sleep when you can but I doubt that you will because the anxiety will be kicking in! Enjoy!

yep. I got checked when I was 36 weeks and was at almost 3. My daughter was 8 days late and I was induced :(
