Q: Are Pregnancy Tests Always Accurate?

I did a pregnancy test this afternoon and the result was negative. I'm not due until 4th april and I did not use first morning urine. Is it possible I could still be pregnant but just be too early to detect hcg?

Hi
Yes I would test again the day of when or the day after your supposed to get your period if you dont get it. This is because I took a pregnancy test that was suppossed to be used five days before your missed period and it came out negative so I was like okk I waited for my period and it didnt come and then I took another and it was positive and I didnt have sex between the two tests, also you can still be pregnant and not test positive on a test like my best friend some women just dont make enough of the hormone to determine unless they get a blood test...So either way if you dont get your period take a trip to the doctors
