Is Anyone Here On Hemodialysis?

My doc wants me to see a vascular surgeon about putting in a graft or fissure to prepare for dialysis. The idea of the surgery and dialysis scares the @#! # out of me.

1. What is life like for you?
2. Do you have other serious conditions to cope with?
