I am 21 weeks pregnant, I have always had some lower cramping, over the past few days I have felt like I am on my period I fill like I am bleeding. I go to the bathroom and my panties are a little damp not every time but every so often. I fell a little more pressure than normal also. Any advice.

Cramping
The wetness you feel is the increase of vaginal fluid(discharge). And honey, it just gets worse. I wore mini pads the last half of my pregnancy. And when you have the baby, you'll be bumped up to the king size pads, because of the aftermath( blood). Sorry, I wish I could tell you it got better. But I tell you, the increase of vaginal fluids are somewhat of a good thing, if you know what I mean Wink I hope I could be somewhat of help. Good luck to you and your pregnancy!
