I have two children I am28 yrs old they
are five and eight. My husband has been
tested hes fine. We tried about three
times a wk last month but I still got my
period what can I do to increase our
chances of conceiving? And the herb
chastberry does it work?

You should look this up through yahoo or
google. Your best way to ensure that your
maximizing your chances is to chart your
fertility signs. Cervical position and
mucous can tell you when you are most
fertile. So can charting your basal body
temperature. The reason for monitoring
these things is to know when you ovulate
so that you can be sure that you are
having intercourse at the right time in
the month (only a few days before...And
day of...Ovulation). Anyway...It would
take a very long post to actually give you
the details on all this...So I recommend
that you do a little research on it.
