Pregnancy Forum - Hpt Test After a Day?

Hi people!! My friend lacey thinks she is pregnant!! She took a test at my house last night and it showed bfn. Then I woke up and it was facing up in the trash and it had a faint positive sign!! Does it stop working after so long or could it just keep working!! I know some of them say that the test is not good after so long!! Need help with this!!! Kinda confused!!~*~*~*~*~*~*~

After that long it was probably just an evaporation line so it means nothing. Lots of test look like they've turned a faint positive if left too long, which is why the instructions say not to read them after so long. I'd say your bfn is still a bfn.
