I am 37 weeks pregnant today. For the past month I have had symptoms of being dizzy, lightheaded, rapid heartbeat (which I can feel pulsating thru my body), breaking out in a sweat & then feeling like I am going to pass out. My blood pressure is up & I have taken the advice of my doctor of eating more balanced meals & also eating 6 small meals a day. However, these symptoms still persist. I am becoming very frustrated as I am an active person & I had to leave work early on sick leave because I could not function. I cannot seem to get a more definate answer from my Dr. As to what else I can do other than suck it up. I understand that these symptoms, as a rule are relatively normal, however, after reading various forums, I have yet to see them all together. Any suggestions or information in regards to these symptoms would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your advice!

this is definate signs of the high blood pressure. Extremely high blood pressure. Drinking more and more water helps to lower your blood pressure, and stay completely away from salt.
