Yup throughout the end of my pregnancy..Its because your baby is getting bigger and taking up so much space that all your organs are getting smashed ..Including your lungs...My doctor toldme that when I feel out of breath to just hold my arms over my headand drink plenty of water...

Aggravating!!
I started to feel out of breath at about 20 weeks. I was very active though and had to stop and breathe before going on. Now that i'm 37 weeks I find myself breathing unrhythmically for like 2 seconds. Like these breathes are extreemely fast and deep...Then I go back to normal breathing.

I had grown used to it until my .Fiance was like 'what the hell are you doing?' and I was like what are you talking about and he pointed my breathing out...

Not only are your lungs squished, but also your diaphragm. These, together, control your breathing and your speaking.

I tell my man...You got a choice...I can either sit here and talk with you, or we can walk and i'm silent!! I hate feeling winded!!
