Hello I was wondering how accurate are ultrasound in first trimester? My lmp was july 18th which would give me a due date of april 24th but when I went for an ultrasound they said my due date is april 18th.. Which one should I go with? I need to know when I conceived if someone can help me?

you conceved on 8/01/05 due 4/24/06 or sooner give or take 2 weeks

I had the same problem... My last period was june 29th.. Which would have made me due april 3rd or around there.. But when I had my ultrasound at 8 weeks and again at months.. They both gave me a due date of april 29th... Since both my ultrasounds came back the same date, id think my ultrasounds were more accurate.. But it still doesnt make sense to me cuz I know for a fact wen my last period was
