i'm just leaping in here --
but I was living in hydrogen sulfide,
which I didn't know. It was because my
condo had been built over an old privy
pit... But you can get hydrogen sulfide
in a home if the toilet isn't seated
properly, or if you have a sink or bathtub
you don't use and the water in the trap
dries out... Then the sewer gas can come
in.
I was wheezing and I had a lot of trouble
walking, and falling. When I went away,
I felt better...
The other thing is, if you just lost all
that weight you may be low on vitamin
b12... If you are low on it then you
most likely would feel really tired. If
you have ridges on your fingernails, that
can be a sign that you are low on b12.
Well, i've been away twice in the past 2
months, and haven't felt any better. I
think what changed me before is when I
went away, I was able to relax.
I was taking b12 for over 2 months, and
got nothing from it. I've been taking
more vitamin c, b-complex, as well as b12
over the past few days. I'm going to
give it a while, and see how things go.

Just ranting here....
God this sucks!!!!
I know that this is stress and axiety!!
How can someone feel better, when they go
away, yet when they go away again, and
wait every minute to hopefully feel
better,
they don't?
It makes perfect sense!!! When I was in
florida, I was truely able to relax, and
not think of a darn thing... But the
vacation I just took for 5 days, all I
could think about
was "when is this going to end?" no wonder
I didn't feel any better!
I'm not sure what to do. I'm looking into
yoga, or tai chi... I need to do
something to help relax myself.
I just want my life back!!
I'm not depressed!! I want to be out with
friends. I want to workout. I want to go
places, do things, be around people, have
fun!!!!... But i'm so tired, that it
brings me down.
My neck is always sore, the pain in my
right lat muscle is always there,
sometimes stingings. My lymph nodes
haven't been swollen for weeks, but they
were never tender, or sore... Not
once!!!
I just want my energy back, so I can start
having fun again, and losing weight!!!
Thanks for listen :)

Nope.
Well, yesterday I had my pulminary appt.
He asked me alot of questions, more than I
thought, and determined that my lungs are
fine, he can here a great amount of air
flow. He ordered a pulminary test just
incase, but that's not for another few
weeks. He want's my primary care to run
more blood work on stuff that hasn't been
checked yet. I have an appt with my
primary care next week, and i'm going to
try and get blood work done then.
My "other" doctor, wants me to continue
taking the effexor for another 2 weeks @
75mg. If in 2 weeks, I don't feel
better, he wants me to up the dosage to
150 daily. I'm hesitant on doing this.
If in 5 weeks, 75mg hasn't made me feel
any better, would increasing the dosage
really do anything?
I think i'm going to wait for the results
of my blood work, before increasing to
150.
My big yearly vacation is in a 8 days.
I'll be gone for 8 days, away at the
beach. I always relax when i'm there.
I'm really looking forward to it, and I
hope this helps my recovery for whatever
is wrong.
I have't had any other symptoms other than
what was mentioned. Sore stiff neck,
fatigue/lack of energy all day, and a
unexplained right lat muscle soreness.
I have been able to walk in the evenings,
and at a pace that could almost be
considered joging. We'll see how this
continues to help.

Natural Products Posted: 06-11-06 11:27am
Hi there,
i know about some products 100% naturals
which can reliefs anxiety/stress? Without
taken medication which can cause secondary
side effects, they have helped a lot of
people. If you would like to try it, I am
very sure it can help you.
I have had anxiety and stress for many
years, like about 20. I am on paxil cr
and it doesn't do much of anything.
Although, when I tried to get off of it, I
did feel worse. My problems are panic
attacks which are a side affect of the
stress. I am not under any stress and
never have been, but, it's there. My
symptoms are pretty much like yours except
for the swollen glands. The hands and
feet tingle, I get very hot and cold at
the same time. I sweat like a pig and
almost faint. The eyesight gets very dim
almost like blind. It's terrifying to go
through. I can tell every time when it's
about to happen. You think you are going
crazy or dying. I have lived with this
for over 20 years. I just found out
today, to start taking magnisium. I'm
going to a health food store tomorrow.
There are many natural things to take that
will hopefully take care of the problem.
The paxil cr I have been on for over 10 is
25 mg. I started out like you with 12.5
and that didn't help, but, neither does
the 25mg. I too, like you am at a lose,
so i'm going to try the naturals. Good
luck to you.

Thanks for the post, and good luck to you
too!
My sypmtoms are slightly different in
that, they don't come on, they're always
there. I've never had the tingling in
the hands in feet.
I'm looking forward to what the blood work
will say on this next round.

I am not big on taking antidepressants for
anxiety/stress. In some cases you need
to function, but they only treat the
symptoms and not the cause. I am always
amazed at docs who know that a lower dose
is not working, they just double the dose
and hope that works. They are very
addictive. Try coming off an
antidepressant..Brutal. I have never
taken one myself, so I am no expert, but I
have a family member who has taken them
for many years. She has never made any
progress against what is really causing
the stress. Again, sometimes you just
have to take an antidepressant to
function, but treat the underlying cause
so at least you can stay on them only a
short time. Anyway if you are feeling
stress/anxiety try eft (emotional freedom
technique). This is tapping on
accupressure points while verbalizing
stresses in your life. It is free to
learn. Go to website www.Emo-free.Com.
I think that is it. Anyway if not,
google it or google the founder of this
technique, gary craig. This will treat
the underlying cause and hopefully, you
can live a better quality of life minus
the stress/anxiety. Eft is easy to learn
and I encourage anyone that trys it, to
stay persistant. It will deliver results
against stress/anxiety. You don't have
to have your life dominated by these
negative thoughts. Good luck

Well, saw my doctor today. I'm getting
blood work done for lyme disease. I'm
also going to have a sleep study done as
well here in the next couple of weeks. I
have my next doctors appt when I get back
from my 8 day vacation, and it just
happens to be on my birthday. Maybe...
Just maybe, on that day, I here some good
news. I do have a lot of the symptoms of
lyme, but it still doesn't fit with why I
felt better being on vacation 4 months
ago.
Ah well, one more thing to rule out.
I'll report back then. I hope this
birthday brings great news!

hey!
Well, i'm about the same. No symptoms
subsided. I got a call from my doctors
office while I was away, and thought they
were going to tell me I was positive for
lyme (because she never calls me) but I
wasn't. The results were negative. The
good news is, atleasts it isn't my house.
Being away for 8 days, I think that's a
great test :)
i'm starting back on my diet, and exercise
tomorrow. I'm going to work slow, with
less weight, but see if I can bring myself
back to health. I'm sticking with my
sleep study this coming friday, and i'm
still going through with my final
pulminary appt, but other than that......
I'm just going to take this on myself.
It appears as though modern medicine has
no clue as to what is going on, and
maybe... Just maybe this is a sign.
I had my sleep study last night, and the
tech said I sleep well. But, I won't
know the full report until I see my
doctor. I have my pulonary test tomorrow
in the chamber. My doctor said my last
was also way below what it should be.
Which... She believes is causing the
fatigue, because I cannot get enough out
my lungs when exhaling.
Thanks for checking up!

Well, the pulmonary test was today. The
tech said I did very well, and sometimes
well above average. He said that my
lungs are in great condition, which is
great, but still doesn't answer my
question.
I'm starting to really wonder now, if this
was all stress/axiety related... That has
lead to cronic fatigue syndrome. Only
time will tell. I can honestly say
though, i'm tired of all the testing, and
doctors visits. I think i'm going to
give this 1 more month of tests, then just
let it be. I can only handle so much,
and i'm missing so much work.
